Overview
Addison joined Sher Edling in 2021 to pursue accountability for polluters and help ensure justice for people and the planet. After spending several years with Sher Edling as a paralegal and Senior Research Fellow, Addison became an Associate in 2026. His current practice focuses on the firm’s climate change docket, with a particular emphasis on pleadings, discovery, expert development, and case strategy.
Before joining Sher Edling, Addison spent a year as a Samuel Huntington Public Service Fellow on Kaua‘i, Hawai‘i, and began working in environmental law with the nonprofit Earth Law Center. He grew up in Morgantown, West Virginia, and is a graduate of Yale College and the Dickson Poon School of Law, King’s College London.
