Overview
Danny brings over a decade of first and second level e-Discovery experience to bear on the firm’s environmental and consumer protection cases. Danny brings experience with multiple types of water justice cases, which include cases against certain apparel and chemical companies and public utilities. Among his core skills as Staff Attorney are his flexibility and tactfulness with attorneys and staff at all levels of the firm. Danny has proficiency with Everlaw, Relativity, and other e-Discovery software tools and is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts.
An avid cyclist, Danny also enjoys reading historical narratives about climate policy at the national and international levels and writing creative non-fiction.
