Overview
Quentin Karpilow works with states, cities, and other governmental entities to protect consumers and public from environmental harm and corporate misconduct. Since joining Sher Edling in 2020, he has represented plaintiffs at all levels of state and federal court in high-impact cases for water contamination and climate deception. In that role, Quentin has successfully advanced cases across all phases of litigation, from case investigation through complaint drafting, fact discovery, expert work, motions practice, resolution, and appeal. Before Sher Edling, Quentin clerked for the Honorable Susan L. Carney of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and the Honorable Janet C. Hall of the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut.
