Overview
Quiana Cash is a Senior Staff Attorney at Sher Edling, where she represents states and public entities in litigation seeking accountability for environmental harm caused by corporate actors. Throughout her career, Quiana has been dedicated to protecting individuals and communities, including advocating for children and families as a guardian ad litem at the Children’s Law Center, defending consumer rights, and pursuing accountability for corporate misconduct.
Before joining Sher Edling, Quiana built more than a decade of experience in antitrust, securities, consumer-protection, pharmaceutical, and civil-rights matters. She helps drive cases from initial investigation through trial by transforming complex evidence into focused discovery strategies, persuasive case narratives, and compelling factual records.
Quiana earned her J.D. from UC College of the Law, San Francisco, and graduated cum laude from Howard University. She is admitted to practice in California. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, ATV riding, boating, and spending time with her family.
