Gianna supports the firm’s mission to protect people and the environment from the consequences of corporate misconduct. She brings over five years of legal experience, with a strong focus on complex environmental matters involving PFAS contamination and groundwater issues.
Before joining Sher Edling, Gianna gained experience in immigration law and criminal defense. She is driven by a deep personal commitment to environmental protection — having grown up with a love of the outdoors, she has seen firsthand how pollution threatens the natural world. She believes that holding wrongdoers accountable is essential to preserving it for future generations.
Gianna holds a Bachelor of Arts in Consular and Diplomatic Affairs from De La Salle College of St. Benilde in the Philippines and a paralegal certificate from California State University – East Bay.
